New Billing Features on Duke MyChart:
- Pay as a Guest - Duke Health now offers a guest pay option in MyChart. This feature provides a quick and easy way to make a payment and can also be used to pay bills on a patient’s behalf.
- A New Way to Pay - In addition to credit card payments, patients or guarantors can now pay bills using a bank account by simply entering the routing and account number available at the bottom of personal checks or from the bank.
